SWAPPING CREDIT FOR RENTALS
Where possible each individual Rental items is measured laid flat, left to right and top to bottom using a material tape measure. These measurements are listed to ensure that each Renter can be sure that their items will fit before they Rent. We want you to get your Rental right first time and hope you will love it as much as we do, but we know from time to time that you'll need to make a return to us.
For returned Rentals, we offer a swap credit that enables you to swap your Rental for another item. Return and replacement postage is payable by the Customer to swap your item out for a new Rented item.
Please email maria@wearmywardrobeout.com and put 'Swap request - Order no xxxxx' as the subject title with the SKU number of the replacement item you'd like sent so that Maria can block this out and reserve your new item for you to Rent with your Rental Credit. Maria will email you a Rental Credit Gift Card to use a Checkout as soon as you've sent Proof of Return Postage for your returned Rental.
Please note that we only accept Rental Swap exchanges where;
- All the original labels and tags are still attached
- The product is not worn or damaged
- Has no makeup, fake tan or other marks on it
- Must be posted back within 24 hours of the receipt date
WearMyWardrobeOut reserves the right to refuse a Rental return and replacement swap if any of the above conditions are not met.
Please return products in the original packaging.
If your order arrives and it is damaged, please notify us within 8 hours of receipt of the item with a picture of the fault to maria@wearmywardrobeout.com. We will then arrange an exchange or refund after reviewing the matter with you.
For Sale pre-loved and vintage items sold For Sale are non returnable.
Earrings are non refundable due to hygiene reasons.
Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
