This service is for a Zip Replacement that requires a zip to be removed and replaced. Please note that Jean Zips cannot be replaced
Zip colors may differ from your original zip, we will try our best to source a matching zip. If you'd like a contract zip, please add a note to your order.
Online Booking
- Select 'Delivery Date' as the date you'd like your item to be posted back to you. This will auto populate the return date which is the same date as the delivery date
- Select standard postage at checkout for your items to be returned when complete, or £1 click and collect if you're dropping off your item to our Bristol Studio
- Once you've completed your order, please post your item to our Studio the same day or the following day using 1st Class Postage or a UK Courier Service. Feel free to text or email us your tracking number
