HOW ONLINE ALTERATIONS & REPAIRS WORK



We offer online Alterations, Repairs and Couture Made to Order Garment Tailoring and Dress Making regardless of your postcode.

We want everyone to be able to access our affordable repairs and alterations. However, we do encourage non Bristol customers to use their local independent Tailor as their first point of contact for alterations because we support local skills and believe that the continued support and development of sewing skills are a vital part of slowing down and undoing the damage being caused by fast fashion to our people and our planet

When ordering online we encourage online Customers to optimise their existing or 2nd hand wardrobe alterations by sending bundles of alterations and repairs in job lots. This reduces the overall postage cost and reduces the energy consumption and wastage incurred for each courier journey.

2. Select the date that you'd like to receive your item back

3. Add to cart

4. Select Alteration Postage Type (or click & collect if dropping off and picking up from our Studio)

5. Checkout & Pay

Customers must post their items the next day or a Monday if ordering over a weekend to ensure that we receive the items within 3 working days at our studio.

If you need a priority turnaround or if you have a specialist alteration not listed online, please contact us.

Please ensure that you've followed the measuring guidance within each product type to ensure that your alteration can be performed when it reaches us.

We are currently working with a tech partner to give customer's secure virtual body measurement via their smartphones, launching shortly.

SUBSCRIPTION

1. Purchase your monthly subscription for £45 per month

2. We will then issue you with an E-Customer number and 5 credits per month

3. Either come into our Bristol Studio with your item(s) for repair or post your items using tracked postage to us at WMWO, 65 Malago Drive, Bristol, BS3 5DW

4. If you are posting your items, once received we will contact You to arrange a 15 minute virtual appointment with you to confirm your repairs

Our auto renewal and 3,6,12 month sign up subscription will be live by the end of July so that your subscription can renew automatically each month and customer's receive member benefits in exchange for their ongoing support of circular fashion.
